Dr. Nandini Jadeja (aka Dr. J)is an educator and artist with a background in special education and educational leadership. She combines visual storytelling and child-centered design to create accessible, engaging illustrations that celebrate neurodiversity and support social-emotional learning.
Dr. William P. Gregory III (aka Dr. G3) is an educator and advocate specializing in special education and inclusive practices. He brings years of experience supporting students, families, and educators through research-based approaches focused on emotional regulation, confidence, and belonging.
BeehaveHQ was founded by Dr. J (Nandini Jadeja) and Dr. G (William Penn Gregory III)—lifelong special educators, doctoral-level practitioners, and proudly goth doctors committed to building inclusive, affirming spaces for neurodivergent individuals. Together, they bring over 40 years of experience in special education as educators at both the elementary and high school levels, with deep expertise in classroom instruction, social-learning environments, and state-level education systems.
Both founders are certified special education practitioners with professional experience at a state education agency. Their work is rooted in evidence-based practice, high expectations, and the belief that neurodivergent individuals do not need to be fixed—only supported in environments that recognize their strengths.
BeehaveHQ represents their shared vision of a community where neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, are empowered, respected, and recognized as dynamic members of society. With the right support and environment, there are no limits to what is possible.
At the heart of BeehaveHQ are Liam and Leaf. Liam, who has ADHD, and Leaf, who is autistic, reflect the lived experiences, strengths, and challenges of the neurodivergent community. They remind us that growth is not linear, success is not one-size-fits-all, and belonging matters.
Liam and Leaf are more than characters—they represent the values that guide our work: understanding, perseverance, self-expression, and community.
BeehaveHQ provides functional and social skills programming for neurodivergent adults, including individuals with ADHD and autism. Our programs focus on building the skills we all need for everyday life—skills that support independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in the community.
Participants engage in learning and practice opportunities that include:
Social and communication skills
Emotional regulation and coping strategies
Self-advocacy and self-determination
Building and maintaining relationships
BeehaveHQ offers a nurturing, inclusive environment where everyone belongs. By strengthening essential life skills, participants are supported in building confidence, autonomy, and a sense of agency in their daily lives. Services are individualized, collaborative, and centered on each person’s strengths, goals, and support needs.
